Towers of Freedom 9/11 Military Monument in Massapequa Closer to Completion


Massapequa- Chris Collora reports on the installation of the 9/11 steel towers as part of the new Towers of Freedom Military Monument in Massapequa’s John Burns Park.
The towers of freedom military monument in John Burns Park in Massapequa is one step closer to completion after several workers and community members turned out recently to install the two huge steel towers made from real World Trade Center recovered metal, donated from Sims Steel. This is the latest phase in the project, which the group hopes to have completed by September 11 of this year. For more information you can check out www.towersoffreedom.com
